Dear Wagerline.com Community,
As you might know, Wagerline.com has been experiencing performance related issues since Tuesday, November 22. These issues occurred while we were completing a major update to the site. These updates include some major
enhancements to the product and include many features that have been requested by valued members like you. We want to apologize to you for this inconvenience and assure you that we're working hard to fix the problems and get performance back to normal.
The issues that are being addressed today are site performance and the grading of yesterday's picks. Our technical team is working to improve site performance to an acceptable level and the picks are being graded right now. We will update all of you via email and on the site (insert link to forum) when these tasks are complete. This update will occur no later than 4:00pm
EST today.
We know this has been a frustrating experience. We ask for a little bit more patience while we're getting things back up to the standard that you're accustomed to. Until that time please accept our sincere apologies and thanks for your patience.
