I also picked the VCU/Oregon game. I locked the pick in early at 6AM and there was no talk of any cancellations.
To my knowledge, the NCAA decided to rule the game as a no contest and therefore no winner and no score. Should it be ruled as a loss here? It was. Other Covid cancelled games resulted in pushes for the people who picked them, so I don't know what was different here.
My streak was only 5, but now has been set back to 0. I was expecting the game to be voided or pushed. Like I said, only 5, but it still feels like a kick in the teeth. I guess it's safe to pick again, but I sure didn't expect to be starting over this way. I hope the admins fix it.
That said, it's a free game and I enjoy the heck out of playing it. Thanks for the contests, Covers. Best of luck to all.
