Try reading the rest of the forum first before starting a new thread.  A simple scan of the topics on the first page could have saved everyone some time.

I still have not received a response that was of any use whatsoever, and I looked at the other thread as well.

yisman,

are you opening the make a pick page and leaving it open for a long period of time?

If you leave the Make a pick page open and then go to research your picks, it's possible that the game you want was removed during that time.

Rizzo, no. For example, I just went directly to the picks page and tried to pick the Washington/Pittsburgh game and got rejected.

happened to me today for the wnba ny atl game......i tried both sides with the same message..then i tried the under and it worked wtf

lost a win because of it today. Wanted to take under in Washington/Pittsburgh, but got rejected. Wound up taking Texas and they lost, as the Twins scored 3 in the bottom of the 9th.

of course it is the contest's fault. I had a pick unfairly rejected that was listed as an option, and that pick won.

So yes, I should have a win from yesterday.

Not really  it obviously was not an option  since you could not select it  ...you could of chosen not to make any  pick.

I have had this happen to me several times and what I think happens is when the odds go over -130 they take the pick down like they state in the rules. But like I have said on many occasions they also rotate the games regardless of the odds so instead of getting upset like Tuppy said either pick another game or don't pick at all. It's nobodys fault. Its their money and their game if they choose to rotate the games every 5 minutes that their prerogative.

Yeah, it says in the Streak Survivor Rules that heavily favored consensus picks may not be available for selection and that the listed lines may be changed/removed.

That's the challenge though. If they had every line (even at -130 or less) then building the streaks would be a lot easier. I've already won a hat (which I do wear and refer people when asked about it). The prizes are free so no complaints here. Pick your spots... don't make a play every day... you only need to make one every seven days and if you miss one then it's not a big deal (unless of course you are one away from a prize-that would suck).

I've gotten to 7 or 8 like six or seven times but never made it to 9 for the hat

never took the freeplay because I don't like the books they offered freeplays with. I wanted DSI but that got replaced quickly.

In the future, just go back to the "Make picks" page and try to select it again. It sounds crazy, but sometimes computers freeze up. By refreshing the browser and selecting again, the pick should go through...

 

It has happened to me in the past, but refreshing has always gotten me over the hump...

This happened to me last week. I also just opened it and it said the same thing.

also you might have been trying to pick right before gametime and that pick might not have been available by then....that has happened to me a couple of time..lol
