Why did they bail, I thought you were clearing lines and making $. I assume there was not enough $ to go around at the pace you were clearing lines.

The football line was getting a little large....We were looking at betting $180 on the Sunday night game and $210 on Monday night if we lost....it was too much for them to handle. They didnt want to risk everything on 2 games if it came down to that. Not a problem. Ready to start again and see where it goes.

Simple Labby Line wagering system. Starting Bankroll is $500. For each sport I will have a Labby Line starting like this
5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5,
When the line is cleared I will start another one. The goal is to clear 4 lines per month between all sports combined. That will profit $200/month.
The individual lines and games will be posted in the sports forums.
The overall updates will be posted here.
Using your $50 line (5x10) you are playing at least 14-16 games if you are hitting a nice 56-57% (8-6 57%, 9-7 56%) just to win $50. If your hitting a % less than that, lets say 9-8 or 10-9 both 52% or anything worse, sometime during the line you will have to lay the amount or more you are trying to win. I am not trying to knock your strategy but that just seems like to many games to play just to win $50. I dont even think I have 14-16 plays for football in 2 weeks of NFL and NCAA combined. Maybe its just my way of thinking because I dont stick to the norm of wager % of bank roll. I see your system has you wagering 2% of your bank roll at the start of the line. That is why I cant knock your system because you are using the norm of 2-3% of your bankroll on a wager. However, with each loss that occuurs in your system your wager % of your bank roll increases. If you lose 1st game you go to 3%, if you lose the 2nd game after losing the 1st game you go to 4%, and so on. I guess what I am trying to say is this system is not meant for everybody. It is not meant for me because it will take to many weeks to earn such a small profit. I dont know how much I could up the unit size to make something profitable to my taste yet keeping my bank roll in the playing field incase I hit a bad streak. I would suggest up your line to make it atleast you starting out at 3% of your bank roll than at your current 2%. Something like 8's, that would be 3.2% of bankroll profiting $80 a cleared line. Thanks for the input. If you look back at the "take one" threads you will notice that the football line got pretty ridiculous in a hurry. I was scheduled to bet $180 on the Sunday night game....that's when the other guys decided to bail. It seems small at the beginning but trust me, you get some large bets from time to time.
It's definitely not for everyone, but I have been toying with similar ideas for a few years and am going to give this a shot. Plus keep in mind I am doing a line for each sport.

If you have to lay that amount or anything probably over $125 on your 5's line you might want to stop capping and tail someone on here that picks winners. I say that because to get to that number you are laying, you have to be hitting less than 50% of your picks. It looks like you cleared your 5's but you have accumulated a bunch of higher numbers through loses and now you have a high number on both ends.

Thanks for tip Dish. I have tailed some good cappers on here before and seem them hit some horrible streaks. I have had some streaks as well, hot and cold. I will take my chances on my own picks, at least then I have no one to blame. The math works even if you are hitting only 40%....if I can't do that long term, I deserve to lose my money anyway.
And to comment on you last post further. It takes 20 games to clear a line and win $50 going exactly 50%. If you bet 20 games using a flat betting strategy and go 50% you are down the juice on your 10 losses.
If you go 40% it takes 47 games to clear the line and win $50....if you bet 47 games using a flatbetting strategy and go 40% you are down a buttload.
Like I said - it's not for everyone, it's just the strategy I am using.
