So i have had some success in the past but i find that i have some bankroll management issues i think i just bet to much at once so the swings are huge. I was wondering if anyone had some guideline they stick to? Thanks

very good question i think! I have the same sort of problem. Started at 10 000 this season went easily to 12.500 but now back at 10.100 using JM nba system and the away nhl system.
Are the systems not going well enough to make some good profits? or am I doing sth wrong here?
is the best way to labby these systems as the lines are always -190 to -280 (NHL)

I like to flat bet and risk no more than 2-3% of my bankroll per play. If you start with 1k then I would bet no more than $30 per game. This should keep you from crapping out when you hit a bad run. I advise the same thing when trading (which I do) and have written some money management articles on the topic.
Casino's have an edge in all table games yet they limit the max amount bet at any one time. Reason being is they don't want to risk taking a huge one time hit. If you have an edge in your capping then you don't want to risk blowing out your bank on a short term bad run. You can only make money if you have a bankroll. Once you blow it you can pick 20 games right in a row but not be able to capitalize on it.

lower your bet size to an amount that you can cap a game, place your bet without having to be checking scores every sec..i use labby and a couple systems along with thinker's picks and thats what i do....slowly but surely....
