You can get their opinion on your bets by whether or not they offer a cashout immediately after the bet is placed or not. They are not right 100% of the time, just like no one is, but definitely a leading indicator to keep an eye on as they are correct more than not. Note: parlays and teasers almost never have a cashout until all but one leg has hit and then the cashout or not can be used for hedging or middling. Note2: Don't bet, not get a cashout and then bet the other side too many times, they didn't like that. If youre going to go the other way, best to use a second book. YMMV. Good luck.
