Ja - not sure of where to go and buy handicapping software/get it for free. However, I would look at what you believe are the key drivers in a game....devise a system that results in winners and then post..."your looking for someone who is great with excel" etc. to help you with a program that aligns your data accordingly to help in your decision making process.

I use to do it all by hand (see below)......now I have a program that downloads all the data into one spreadsheet and I do the analysis. It saves a lot of time but there is still a lot of effort that goes into it. With a click of a button the data falls nicely into a format I can use. I think the key is coming up with what you believe results in winners and then formatting your algorithm accordingly. Good luck.
