In a 7-game series, the final game results in a W. The other six games have two outcomes (win/lose), so I would think 2^6 = 64 possible combos. A 6-game series would have 2-outcomes for 5 of the games, so 2 ^ 5 = 32. I could be wrong, as it has been awhile since I&#x27;ve taken a math class.

ok so heres a strategy for the playoffs pick a series in which you think you can choose who will win and in how many games so last year for example i would have said miami in 6 over indiana so then you would put 100$ on each winning combination (only 10) for a six game series doubling each win if it goes 6 games and miami wins your 6-0 (6400 up) then all you have to do is pick four straight games in general any sport or even next season then you would be 10-0 and turned 1,000 into 100,000. what do you guys think of this .
