wagering on the law of averages gets you absolutely nowhere. This is not handicapping, nor wiill anyone become successful adopting it to investment....REALLY, it's a joke, pursued by the naive.....to each his own....

I don't know about any MLB season except for the '09 season. I started playing it at the beginning of July. The only series bets I lost were the ones I chickened out of before the end of the series because the juice was too high on the B bet or the C bet. I do, however, know that his "official" series plays this MLB season (09) did in fact go undefeated, SportsNetwork's claim to the contrary notwithstanding.
The big problem with JM's systems, in my humble (and, admittedly, novice) opinion is his money management method. You could go broke unless your bets are like 1% or less than your bank roll. As has been discussed numerous times on numerous threads in this forum, there are better money management systems to marry to JMs systems picks than the money management system suggested by JM.
This is just a guess, but I think the reason JM suggests the money management system he uses is because it is so simple to understand and to put into practice. The hard thing about putting his money management into practice is when you pay high juice and lose your A bet, then have to pay high juice on your B bet and C bet. One series I had this year (I think it was the Twins) by the C bet I basically had ALL of my money in by the C bet and the Twins won in the bottom of the 9th 4-2 after scoring 0 runs for 8 innings. Luckily for me, that was a day game, and I was at work while the game was played. I probably would have hung myself in the shower by the 8th inning if I had been watching it.
Look, SportsNetwork is a very gifted capper with documented results. His approach to sports betting is very different than JM's. Phil Ivey (the poker player) said to one of his opponents (Ledderer?) "You get your chips your way, I'll get my chips my way." Just because SportsNetwork doesn't like JM's apporach to wagering doesn't mean it doesn't pick winners and wins (with the right money management). Before I bought the MLB system, I saw where the people at Doc's sports were asked to evaluate the system, and according to them, JM's system was expected to make money. I don't have the link, but you can google it. I found it last summer. If you are that interested, you can find it to if you care to look.
John Morrison is a master marketer. Marketing is what he is best at. However, his systems do have a lot of interest. Just look at the threads on this forum. The games are posted, the results can be verified. His MLB "official" series picks this season went undefeated. I have been accused of being a JM schill before. If SportsNetwork wants to call me that for stating an opinion that differs from his, that's ok. In the final analysis, it's your money. Spend it as you chose. As far as JM's systems go, you can buy them if you want, but you can get all his pics plus alternative money management stratagies on this forum for free.
Good luck.
