Im just starting to use the labby betting method, Can some one help me out on some ways to clear lines faster, yet still be moderately safe. I was thinking a 3 game line. I want to bet 3 top teams for the rest of the season playing rl and -1 , trying to stay around even money. If i could hit these plays at 40%. Would i still be profitable? Can someone give some suggestions on how to clear lines or split bets ups Team A 25-25-25-25 Team B 25-25-25-25 Team C 25-25-25-25

A labby line can be as short or long as you want it to be. Me, i like to keep them short. Ex.
10 10 .... i win the line is cleared, a losing streak and the line doesn't seem impossible to clear. If you start with a 4 or 5 number line and you lose the first 3 or 4, it's a bit frustrating to me to see that line that will take time to clear. Just my take.

jv040, i have been doing this with the Yankees for the majority of the season. During 05/18 to 05/27 the Yankees went 9 games without covering the RL would be 6 if you were playing -1. Anyways this increased my bets dramatically. I was thinking of playing Atlanta and Texas also both road and home games. not necessarily playing every game but i would say about 75% of all their games.

If you want to clear your lines faster you can use the most recent upgrade of the labourchere.
Make 2 lines
1: 5-5-5-5
2: 5-5-5-5
Each loss that you have divide it by 8 and spread it out among all the numbers. This way you're always one good day away from getting everything back. Now, you do have to use common sense. if you're a $10 player for example and you find that your lines have grown to where you're betting 40 or 50 per game you need to add a few numbers and reduce your bet size.......
EX: let's say your lines get to: 25-25-25-25
25-25-25-25
Now you have a total value of 200 (25 x 8) so you would divide that by 10 and get 20 each so if you add 1 number to each line you'd reduce your wagers by 20% and you'd have lines of
20-20-20-20-20
The whole key to this is ADD numbers when you get uncomfortable with the bet size to keep you in the game because as long as your system is solid, using the labourchere is a mathmatically certain way to make money provided that you don't out bet your bankroll and get wiped out. Stick to 1%-2% as your base bet.

I kno these are a square plays with a lot of juice, but home favs are 61% all year. excluding the worst home teams this would be around 63-64%. Home favs are 42% covering the RL. For now im playing all teams at the -1 RL, hoping to hit a happy middle of 52-53%.

Personally I prefer a longer line. A shorter line to me is too much like a Martingale. With a losing streak you are betting a lot more, a lot quicker. Which can stress a bankroll.
I use a 10 digit line, typically 5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,
For baseball I will even drop it down to a 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2 because of the moneyline being higher.
My goal is to make money long term and steadily so I tend to have low lines with a high bankroll. We all know in gambling streaks happen, you have to be able to weather a 7 game losing streak without going through your bankroll.
I am starting my NFL Labby line today and can't freakin wait!!
