hey pal, in case you don't quite understand, "bookmaking is illegal in the lone star state, meaning; your perpetrating a conspiracy to bring forward an illegal on going criminal enterprise (RICO)

advice: Dallas has many what you refer to as "a local" having to come on the internet is not only 'shady' but the wrong approach to placing a sports wager...get on a plane to LV or use the many on-line services.. unless of course, if your connected to Law Enforcement, your post should be considered that of an imbecile, baiting to catch an idiot.....
