 Using different PR, still using 7 pt. margin filter, & also handicapping the games as usual.

Morning GS .. Can you tell me why Chicago is a play ? Not sure I understand the system , yet . I thought the line has to 7 pt. difference or more than the final predicted score ?? Help ...
