I've been backtracking some systems and my own ideas as I have been going backwards the last 2 weeks and I came up with the following ideas:
NHL: Only betting on my top 5 teams at home to win the game ( teams are: Washington, Philadelphia, Detroit, Los Angeles and Boston ) And this using labby
2nd idea: going against New Jersey, Edmonton and the Islanders on the road Using a different Labby
NBA: I like the JM system ideas but buying 3 points isn't that smart I believe. So I am implementing a form table in excel just to see which side to bet on. So a nice exemple would be the Phoenix chase that is going on right now as they go to a C bet. Phoenix had already won 3 straight times ATS in their Last 3 games before the road trip while miami and orlando were on a 3 or more ATS Losing skid. So the obviuous pick would be the home team in this chase. So Either Miami or Orlando would break their losing streak.
I have a lot of examples for this nba road trip system: Minnesota was on a 4 game losing ATS streak before going on the road. Easy pick: bet on Minnesota to win ATS on the road. We go against the streak in this one.And they won in B
Another one: Golden State won 4 of their L 5 ATS before going on the road: So the pick would be the home team. And GS lost their first game on the road ATS.
Another one: Utah lost 4 of their L 6 and were on a 2 game L ATS streak so the pick would be Utah to win at least one on the road and they covered them all!
Cleveland was on a 3 game L ATS streak before going on the road ... guess what theu covered all 3 of the games on the road.
Detroit won their L 3 games ATS before going on a trip so we would pick the home team and detroit lost their first game on the road ATS
So I will post the picks from now on using this systems.
I know hockey will be high juice but washington and the other power teams will win A LOT at home!
any reactions??
what do you guys think

first thing you should analyze when coming up with a system is odds....what i have realized is over time things will even out so if its a fav system play the dogs...thing is to see a profit you will need to play allot of games looking to hit 48-50%....a small profit is better than none...gl

good luck with your systems onlinesport....however i was wondering why you have Boston as a home team in your nhl system as they are 4-4-1 at home this season..and possibly Flyers at 8-4-1....there are teams with better records out there..or are you basing your teams from last year?.....i would have thought Vancouver (6-0-1), Anaheim (7-0-1) and St Louis (6-0-1) maybe better teams to bet on current form.....or do you see those teams dropping off in home form.....whatever you decide BOL

Another thing is not because a team is 7-0 or 6-1 at home now mean that they are gonna continue winning at home...it all depends on the line and percentage...easier said than done getting 50% on dogs....

I really like your insight about the JM NBA system or AJM whatever you like. Both systems are losers so far, I didn't like some of the plays but like always you have to stick...the result you get burned by those losing plays, I just dropout the NBA....Playing too many systems is not good idea, I guess I will just stay with my Football and Hockey systems...
And a little advice about playing PL on Favs. I guess it only hits around 25% of the time that's the reason of those pretty + odds.
