Systems test

I'll be tracking a couple chase systems for the season on here to see how they pan out.  The two are slightly modified versions of Bob Bies' systems #1 and #2.  The labby system will be used for betting games throughout.  Both are signaled from RPI variances. 

Potential series for the 4/8, 4/9 series start dates are *BAL/BOS, *MIN/KC, *ATL/MIA, *TB/TEX, HOU/SEA*, and TOR/DET*.

Have added a few filters to this that would have eliminated the Dodgers series play while not eliminating the others played ytd.  Starting fresh on this at 0-0 with round 2 and will move to a more traditional approach on game ones to win 1 unit.  Round 1: 4-1 -30.91
