the labourchere need advice

I need advice for betting sports with the labourchere. every time in the past when I tried to use the labourchere I under estimated the amount of money needed I think because I didn't know how to figure out units. can someone plaease explain how to figure out units. is there a math equation and when it's a 100 units like in basketball does that mean per line?

Just make your starting unit be 1% of your bankroll.  There are various ways you can do it, but a safe start would be to have 2 units per line.  Example:  If you have a $1000 bankroll your base unit would be $10.  Your line would be 5-5-5-5.  This is based on the more conservative 2-strike labby where you strike the first and last number on the line when you win.  I prefer the more aggressive 4-strike labby.  I also have a stop loss plan where I throw in the towel and reset when things start getting out of hand, and they will eventually.

I thought the samething as you but I think JV understands the labby it's the unit's that seems to be the confusion.

Of course,this is example,so you have to add juice..

One more thing..in baseball,lines on favorites can go really high sometime,so if is line -150 or above,i split 65%ML and 35%RL and that really works,but patience is key..

The labby can be confusing at times. My lines always end up too long and the wagers get too high for my taste

thanks guys, I think my problem is I let it go too long and didn;t have a plan on when to break down the line. I'm going to try it again this year. starting with football.
