Im focusing on these in order of importance:

1. Game total: There is a direct corrleation between the game total and run scored in the first inning.

2. Odds: Focused on betting the "yes". Looking to average around even or better over time, so I only have to win over 50% (I would like to find some source for first inning odds from last year, just to get a feel where they are being set at recently) of course this will vary greatly from book to book.

3. Create numerical formula to first inning stats using the starting pitchers career first inning history, and batting data for the first three batters. (However, I do think much of this has already been factored into the game total)

First inning umpire stats could be very interesting.
