Something free or a free trial without having to sign my life away?

Me and my ole dog 2003 Toshiba lapper would appreciate anything you know of that I could download. My expenses and budgeting for the next few months have been excessive....post holidays

AVG Free and Malwarebytes.

I've been reading some ppl are happy w/ Microsoft Security Essentials also

Agree with KQC. Install AVG and set it for automatic scan when you go to sleep. Then once a week run malwarebytes to get rid of everything else
