Computer Help Needed - AOL and IM Open at StartUp

I have a Dell and run Windows XP. When I turn on my computer and log on, two windows appear - AOL sign on page and AOL IM.

This is my work computer. Protected by Symantec. I'm not the administrator so I can't download any new programs. IT guy here is useless.
