Ok, first Superantivirus has to go. Uninstall that program ASAP. Click on the update tab on malwarebytes and upgrade to the latest version.
Do a full scan and see what you get. Malwarebytes just did a major upgrade a few weeks ago.

Go back to your msconfig startup tab and look for anything with your antivirus in it and check it again.

I would've checked what's running and causing the high CPU usage first using the process tab in task manager.
If you don't know what any of the processes you shut off in msconfig, you can Google the name of the process and you'll see the description and at least have an idea of what each thing is and what to leave on and off.
