I am getting this sumbitchin' phone this weekend, after what she showed me the other night. One of the updates that were sent to her phone, was the ability to watch NFL Network right there on the damn phone screen. I was watching the Jets vs Dolphnis classic monday night game from 2000, and I went to the TV to see if that's what was actually on NFL Network, and sure enough, it was. Now that is a useful App.....
Awesome device.

damn I can't wait till my Verizon contract expires so I can move onto Sprint since it does offer NFL Network. It would be nice to be able to watch those games on the go.
Any other networks offer this? anyone??? I was with Sprint long ago but the signal strength was inconsistent at times near where I live so I moved to Verizon. Not sure if I want to go back to Sprint again but love to be able to get some live NFL games on my phone though.
Thanks

Yeah that's Sprint TV. I thought you were going to say NFL Mobile. That is brand new with an update a few days ago. It is going to have every NFL game this season live radio and some games video also. Plus it has other features with news, schedule, etc. and you can set your favorite team for news, features, texts, etc. NFL Mobile looks to be awesome.
Lipps, bill too high? Who are you with now? I believe comparable packages are cheaper with Sprint than with AT&T or Verizon. IMO they are all too high, but what are ya gonna do.
richard, Verizon gets the Pre next year. Wireless carrier varies a lot by area. Hard to fight that.

I'm with Boost Moble. Calls, text, net service and walkie talkie all ulimited and just $50 a month !!!!!
No contracts
And the $50 includes all BS fees and taxes !!!!!
Now of course there is a downside, thier is a small selection of phones and none of them have a "real" web browser on them. But they all have bluetooth and such techs on them. But you can get some software on E-Bay to hack a certain model of Blackberry to work with the service.
I know watching the NFL on your phone sounds cool and I did watch it some, but come on guys. Are you really going to watch a football game on your phone or watch it on a 37" or so TV?
Also there are very few free channels with Sprint. When you go to the menu almost all of the stations are paid every month stuff. I guess some of you will do the $99 everything plan. If you are goint to pull the trigger that probably is the way to go.
But don't forget, that $99 is before taxes and all the BS fee stuff Sprint puts on thier bill. If you get a chance look at your Sprint bill if you use them already. You are probably paying at least $10 in junk fees.
BTW, Sprint owns Boost.

LOL I hear ya Lippsman, but there are times when I am out at a bar that doesn't get NFL Network, so I'll be able now to keep up with Friday night PreSeason football. Or in my room in Vegas. Or upstairs at my own home, since I only have DirecTV downstairs for football sundays and I have cable up in my bedroom, so now I don't have to stay downstairs to watch the Thurs night NFL games late in the season. It's just another cool feature, that's all. Not to mention I can login to covers whenever I want now.
