So, long story short- I'm developing a start-up co and my programmer took a job offer that she couldn't turn down and moved out to San Fran (I'm currently in Chicago). My biz plan is basically done, and I've lined up 3 pitches with a couple different VC firms as well as some friends that have $$ from poker in October...
My business is gambling related but is completely legal- and is done already in the US in different forms- I'm just beautifying it and making it better...

What I need is someone who can create and design a website. I have basic knowledge, but there's no way I can create what I need done alone. You'd get a base pay for the work as well as equity in the company...
