Go ahead and delete your restore points, then hit this website www.malwarebytes.org Install the program and run a full scan. Make sure you delete everything found. Reboot and then try to shut down again

Thanks for the info on the rebates... some of the sites I checked had Kaspersky as the better of the 2.. plus they say AVG can be quite resource intense
Kaspersky does do a bit better in the test, but not by much. We put AVG on computers at the shop and we don't see it taking up much of any resources. Norton and Mcafee are the worst ones at this
Hey Lippsman, I saw this from another thread, anyway I currently have Mcafee on my comp. Should/Can I unstall it since I downloaded that Malaware? Also my windows firewall is off is that correct?
