I am on my laptop on an unsecured network so I can even ask this. But my computers can't connect to my home network because, at least on my pc that runs Windows XP, I egt this message saying, "A network cable is unplugged." I have indeed verified that the cables are plugged in, as I knew they would be since I'm the only one using the computer. Anyway, I googled up the problem, but all the solutions are waaaaay too technical for me. "Unplug the NIC and the IPC and the RIQ and the FBI and enable the flux capacitor and plug in the super duper...." LOL I have no idea what those things are. I just know my internet connection isn't working because of this dumb problem. This happened once before but after a couple of hours, the problem went away. It's Sunday. I don't have a couple of hours. any help here?
Thanks guys.
