Satoshi Nakamoto

Question

Amazing how many times people think they have found bitcoin's author/creator Satoshi Nakamoto. Australian Craig Wright is the latest to be fingered as the real Satoshi, but who are they kidding? While it's possible this guy is him, I highly doubt he is the actual Satoshi. In my opinion, the real person, or persons, are much too intelligent to be found by people who seem to be hunting this; they will only ever be identified if/when they choose to.

I guess sensationalism sells, and this is no different (click thru the news channels, and all you basically see is Donald trump, because this is 'sensationalism' at it's best!). I recall when poor Dorien Nakamoto was purported to be Satoshi, and this guy was about as far from being him as one could get! Then there have been several others, but none of proven to be correct, as is the case with this guy Wright.

No way Craig Wright is Satoshie.

Bitcoin was not created by one single person. It's complexity cannot be created by one person. This Wright guy may have some connections to the real authors of bitcoin but he aint the guy.

I&#x27;ve heard a lot of rumors and I do agree it&#x27;s probably the work of a group of people. Though it&#x27;s so hard to keep a secret among a group of individuals nowadays..

Satoshi is just a pseudo name, the real person had passed away more than a decade ago.  His legacy will live on but Bitcoin itself in my opinion will fading away once the completion of that 21 millions mine reach.  Alternative coins such as tether would be a better fit for the mass that deliver a p2p payment without wild swing of value.
