I think they're are a few members here who use torrents, and some who prefer Demonoid?
I'm trying to upload a torrent for the first time and I'm trying to do it on Demonoid. I've followed their directions and troubleshooted the problem for about two hours not, but to no avail. Perhaps someone here can tell me what I'm doing wrong?
I'm just starting with one song, to make things easy. I've created a torrent file with Transmission (I'm a mac user), and also tried Bits on Wheels to make sure it wasn't a Transmission issue. When I load in the file at demonoid it comes up with an error that reads: Problem with torrent: Sorry, we are unable to track this torrent ( can't guess scrape url for http: )*
https://www.Demonoid.me (this is my tracker url.) which I think is correct.
I've looked for extra spaces, but that's not the problem. I believe the problem is that I need to include the text file that lists their website. I know it needs to be in there. But how do I include the text file? I'm unable to open a text file with Bits on Wheels or Transmission and I don't see a way to bring it in at the demonoid site? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
I've used the site heavily for a couple of days and want to start giving back.
Thanks

is that done by just keeping the client open and seeding after you've downloaded? Like, after I download some of them turn into "seeding." Is that what you mean?

That's it. I use Utorrent. Very small footprint, in fact you can run it from a flash drive.
