Thought I had cleared out a bunch of stuff, was actually certain that I did, and got a warning that my "startup disc" is almost full. It said that to me last week, and I took off ten movies which seemed to fix it.
I just took an entire season of season #6 of 24 off, and that should havr made significant space, but apparently I'm interpretting it wrongly.
Any suggestions/ideas on how I can improve the situation. It's not a piece of crap computer....
Thanks.......in advance guys.......

That's an odd message that your startup disk is almost full.
Go to my computer then right click on the C drive. You will see a menu. Left click on properties and it will tell you how much free space you have left.
Then click on the tools tab, then click on defragment now. Click on the C drive and then click on the analyze button. It will tell you if you need to defrag or not. I say you will need to. Hell, in fact if it tells you not to, do it anyway. Just click on the defragment button and it will take a good while. Just look at the pretty chart as it runs.
See if that helps you out
