Wireless connection for laptop to TV ?

Question

Lipps or anyone...I was looking into how to set up a wireless connection between my laptop and my TV, especially after seeing how cool it looked like on TV in that Best Buy commercial for those  Blue Label thing.  Any suggestion would be appreciated?  Don&#x27;t want to shell out for a new laptop because I still love mine.Thanks gents!

I have used some like this one. You have to be pretty close to the TV to make it work well and you still have some lags.

For right now stick with the cables. What connectors do you have on the back of your TV ?

I was using the S-video cable but I think something is definitely wrong with the laptop's connector because it loses signal sometimes.

Got the Sony KDL-40 V 3000 and HP DV6500.

Is there any other way to connect my laptop to the TV without using the S-video connection method?

I highly recommend Western Digitals Media boxes... everyone seems to love them on the internet in the reviews, and with good reason. Works like a charm and are relatively cheap and worry free compared to having to deal with cords, picture showing up in black and white, sound fading, picture cropped wrongly ect...

The VGA converter boxes are crap.
