Zverev at his best can win this tournament. I especially like how he’s serving right now, >70% 1st serves in and winning 90% of his service games. Very tough to break for the mortals on tour. He should only get tested twice in his quarter if the favs make it through and he’s in way better form than anyone in his field.
Medvedev this year has won all his QF matches and hasn’t missed making a QF. The cyborg comedian is super focused. He’s only dropped one set in his last three years getting to the QF’s here in Miami. Last year he only dropped one set all tournament before winning the title. I think Humbert in the R16 is his biggest threat but his lack of success at the top level is a problem. Winning 250/500’s isn’t the same as beating the top 5 at the majors. Despite the threat level, Medvedev’s at plus money so I’m taking that.
That 4th Q is an interesting one. Sinner might not play so the time to take a dog is now. He might withdraw at some point even if he starts the tournament and even if he plays he might not be in top form. It’s also the toughest draw for the dogs. There’s no one really strong in the bottom half of that Q with Sinner (Paul? He’s gonna go out and party all week and lose early I think), all the competition is upstairs. Rublev, Tstisipas, Bublik and Machac stand out to me but they all have to play each other.
Leaning Machac to Win 4th Q @ +4100.

Love your Sinner prediction of possibly withdrawing or "retiring in game" if he loses the first set versus someone he'd be embarrassed to take an official L to.
Rublev/Tsitsipas seem due for a respectful run, but these two are not really dialed in mentally at the moment, so digging deeper like a Machac, Tiafoe, or dare I suggest Berrettini even?
Tiafoe seems like the only American horse worth backing here, but only because he should be well rested.
Can't overlook the late night Miami party scene when capping these games
Can I interest anyone in Simona Halep ML today? Badosa is all about being an Instagram model at this point in her life, what better city to get new content for her OnlyFans account than South Beach, right?

I didn't know Halep was on a doping ban, but that's a good spot for her comeback today. Let's hope she's not on her red monster and she wins.

Love it..Machac is about to bust out and start making deep runs I'm thinking, excellent odds here. I might put half a unit on him as well (with the intention to hedge)
Hope everyone is running good! BOL

Koepfer hittin overs like its xmas. Everyone at this tournament is winning around 75% of their points on 1st serves. Both these guys should hold serve well. When Koepfer is on, he’s a 65% 1st serve, Humbert 75%. Plus Humbert’s game is really coming together. Should be close with Umbert prevailing here.
