Anyone out there who is an expert on Tennis betting please help me out w my bookie!

I bet Busta over Shapovalov last night (9/8/20 - us open) and Busta was +2 1/2. He obviously won the match and I assume I won the bet since he didn't need the 2.5 pts to cover the win. But bookie says total games (Shapovalov won one set 6-0 and did win 4 more games than Busta) was one by Shap. The rules listed were not clear on this situation, and in searching the internet, I can't find anywhere with very clear rules on this situation. I always assumed that if the underdog won the match, the points were irrelvant, but am I wrong? Does anyone know of a sportsbook site that has clearly listed rules for this situation?

&#xA; &#xA; &#xA;game spread in tennis is regardless of who wins. &#xA;there could be an underdog, &#x2B;8.5 game spread, &#x2B;700 ML odds.&#xA;but if the dog wins 0-6, 0-6, 7-6, 7-6, 7-6 &#xA;the &#x2B;8.5 is a loser. &#x2B;700 ML is a winner
