Im thinking of going bigger of Woz, and wondering if there’s any reason to be hesitant.
Any last minute insight would be appreciated
Sevastova is a known head case and shouldnt ever be expected to win as a dog...when she does win vs a better player its quite surprising when it happens.
Ive seen her meltdown numerous times in close matches and cry inbetween points and even during the rallies themselves....shes one player i would never back, and look to bet against with the better player at reasonable odds like in this matchup.

I agree with you in the head case point, but on clay and on a good day, she can beat even the best players. I liked her chances on these odds.

Woz continues to be undervalued...her winning % is arguably elite, and people (myself included) choose to remember her rare head scratching losses rather than focus on all her wins...granted theres really nothing special to her game, but Martina Hingis was almost the same style of player and was truly an elite player.
If i was coaching young female tennis players coming up in the ranks today, i would mold them to be consistent ball retrievers and to rarely ever go for too much or an all out winner unless its an obvious gimme...let the other player choke and make UFEs...this recipe along with top level aerobic fitness and conditioning would lead someone to a long and prosperous top 10 career in todays weak womens game...there does not appear to be a single dominant force coming up the ranks for anytime soon...the era of Hingis 2.0 will lead the charge for the next several years, which is bad for the overall marketing of the womens game...attendance is going to take a nose dive in all the major upcoming womens events globally, and the majors and combo events throughout the year can only go so far to mask the fact that people are tuning out of the WTA because it is almost unwatchable at times.

Woz had match point at 4-5 on Sevastova serve 30-40 then proceeds to lose the set quickly 7-5...experience tells me Sevastova wins this 3rd set as she must feel like shes on a freeroll with nothing now to lose, while Woz mind must be in the gutter blowing this match...odds are -110 each headed into the 3rd....classic WTA, whenever in doubt, bet the Over in games prematch and hope for the best.
