That is a serious f.ucking lack of respect for Roger. Ferrer is only +2200 for fuc.k's sake. WTF is that.
Will hedge in semis unless both Nadal and Djokovic are somehow gone.

you make these bets knowing he wont win. Its called hedging. All they have to do is make the Q's or SF's and you can easily hedge out with these high odds. Considering Roger never loses before the Q's I think its great value

The typical conditions in Paris during the French is cool-rainy and heavy. Conditions that make it very hard for Roger to progress deep.
Federer looked awful versus Nadal last time out. He looked old and disinterested. Yes he was having some back issues. But those issues could be lingering issues for him the rest of his career. And if they are the above mentioned conditions will not do him any favors.
I look for Roger to have bad results this clay season. At this point of his career he will want to save for majors he can win. I would be shocked if he does anything of note on the red clay. He will want to save his efforts for Wimby where with his serve and net game still give him a chance to win.
The books appear to see it the same way as I do... why would they offer a huge betting draw like Roger at such generous odds if they still consider him a deep threat? Answer is they don't

You don't see Fed getting to the QF's??
He rarely loses before that in Majors or to losers at Majors
You can hedge out after that

I won my first every bet with a "phone book" in 1995 on Mary Pierce (12-1) to win the Aussi open..
I deposited 50$ and won 600$!!
I recall calling Bowman International at the time waiting for my check saying " Its ok, you can tell me if I got scammed and I wont receive my check" lol
Man, the good old days....
