Cilic has been struggling and his second serve has been atrocious. Monfils has been hot so I had taken the over 23 and +1 Monfils. No clue how Cilic was favoured given recent form?

Completely agree. I took monfils +110 (unreal). Monfils 3-0 H2H, cilic hasn't played since aussie, and monfils playing some of the best tennis of his life. This had value for monfils written all over it.
