High price on Fed, but after a straight set victory over the hot frenchmen Monfils, I see a rested and very focused Fed looking for that Grand Slam. I would be shocked if Fed dropped this match, though I can see Del Potro taking the second set, as he's in great form at the moment. Del Potro is a great up and comer, and he'll be around for a long time, but he looked a little shaky in closing out his final set with Rebredo, and that didn't envoke confidence in my with regards to his mental stanima vs Roger. Also, Fed holds a 5-0 lifetime H2H which only sweetens the pot.
When I saw the matchup with Soderling and Gonzalez I was expecting a price of Soderling -130 or so. I was pretty shocked when it came out the other way around. Clearly Soderling is the public darking taking out Davy and ofcourse Rafa. Oddsmakers know that Gonzalez clearly is the better player on this surface, and strickly from a line perspective, I cannot go against the Chilean here, even though I was expecting Soderling to make it to the finals.
