To those who know little about the style of each of these two players, you need to know that this match will be decided on Watson's racket. Flipkens' game (soft hitting baseliner) is a mirror version (but much inferior) to Wozniacki's game, and Watson beat Wozniacki in straight sets 2 matches ago. In short, I wouldn't bet Flipkens with someone else's money, let alone my own. That's why Watson's dropped up to 20 cents at some books off her opening price. Those who know, know there's only one player worth betting here on present form + how these two styles match up. Watson either beats herself with a mountain of errors, or her power rolls her through to a win. Flipkens will just continually put the ball back in play like she has throughout her career and hope & pray her opponent beats herself (via errors). That's why the Belgian has never won or done anything significant: she depends on opponent mistakes to win. She has no Plan B for when her opponent isn't sucking donkey person. She hasn't the physique or game to take a match by the scruff of the neck and blow her opponent off the court when that opponent isn't handing her the match via a high error count. Now of course it's possible Watson does exactly that (hits a mountain of erors), but nothing in her form through to this point (against a succession of players all equally or much more capable than Flipkens) suggests that's about to happen, cue her price drop.
