Thats not a hedge, because Kerber is not guaranteed to win this event....with Kerber as a -175 ML fav here, i think you have no option other than ride this match out and cheer for Keys to win, and see what odds you get for Keys next opponent either Halep or Pliskova (both of whom will likely be -200 ML favs there, which again makes hedging tough unless you go 400 to win 200 to get your original bet back.
Ride it out and cheer is what i would do...Keys is playing the best of any of them right now.

I understand that Kerber is an overwhelming favourite here, but in the case where your outright horse has gotten so far already, I would sacrifice at least 15% of my potential profits and bet on Kerber's win against Keys. But that's just me...
