It is going to be an amazing match-up between the great 21 times grand slam champion, Novak Djokovic and Stefanos Tsitsipas, a rising star who will take revenge of their last meeting in the final at French Open last year where the latter lost in thrilling 5 sets despite winning the first two sets. Djokovic is the favorite to win his 10th titles here in Melbourn since he is the only one of the “big four” left in the tournament and dominate all the new comers by droping only one set coming through the final. His H2H records against Tsitsipas is 10-2 but the youngster has improved his games tremendously lately and often used powerful serves and volley tactic to cut his usual long baseline rallies to finish the points quickly and he is strong and fresher of the two in term of fitness. Tsitsipas could have a chance to win his first grand slam if he can produce his aggressive forehands from the baseline and avoid long rallies by using powerful serves and volley from mid court forehand to finish the points against the best defender like Djokovic. Therefore; his dream of holding his first slam trophy could come through, if he could keep up this high level performance all the way through plus defending his one hand backhand from being attacked by Djokovic,but it’s unlikely to happen. 

Prediction: Djokovic wins in 4 or 5 sets
