yes, i am nadal guy but also a fan of federer for how incredible he plays and what he has done for men's tennis. i want to see federer make history, i really do. by winning tonight it will be an incredible moment seeing him tie sampras. seeing him beat the record and get his 15th at wimbledon or us open will be an awesome moment for sports, let alone just tennis.
my heart wants federer to win because i know it will be an extremely special moment for all in attendance and all of us watching, and i know nadal will have plenty of more chances to add to his slams
but something in my head keeps telling me that nadal is gonna do exactly what he did at wimbledon last july, that he is going to become the king of hard court now just like became the king of grass
hard to ignore my mind on this one, i guess the good thing is i will be happy regardless of who wins

Not a guarantee but I'm pretty confident Federer wins this one. As a matter of fact, I think he'll take it without too much trouble.
It's not because Nadal is tired. I think he's recovered already.. He's had almost 48hrs. These professional athletes have the best helpers to get them ready.
Federer has always had a hard time with Nadal hitting to his backhand. I think Federer figures it out early. I have not been impressed with Nadal's game in this tournament. I know Verdasco is RED HOT right now but the old Nadal would have taken him out easily.
Nadal will not do well this year. Players like Verdasco, Tsonga, Gasquet, etc. will give him trouble. Alot of deep talent coming in.
I'm on Federer huge so I hope it happens. Federer should pull through.

the old nadal? when has he ever been playing this well on a hard court? never. he is playing phenomenal tennis bro. made the semis at both aussie and us open last yr, killed it at french as usual and even won wimbledon. then won the olympic gold. followed that by going deep in tourneys in august during us open tuneups. dude is playing the best overall tennis of his life the last 1 yr.
verdasco was playing out of his mind to beat murray (who many thought would win the whole tourney) and tsonga who was last yr's finalist. verdasco took murray the distance and won in 5 and then completely manhandled tsonga, it was brilliant tennis. i knew he would nadal hell but nadal manned up and beat verdasco who was playing incredibly per the announcers and anyone with a clear head who was watching.
nadal will not go down easy. i believe a 5-setter is gona take place in this match
