I have been betting tennis for 10 years. You are getting beginners luck with those parlays. You may have a good month or 2 but tennis is very tough. You are better off playing dogs. Also since you live in US you might as well give up betting tennis altogther cuz you are getting crap lines and you can't even bet ingame where some of the best money can be made.

It's funny that you say that you quit betting baseball.
Once I started betting tennis, it's been very good to me and quit betting baseball also as I see it as such a crap shoot IMO. There are more variables. Baseball involves 9 players swinging and while a pitcher can win or lose your money on any given night.
The thing I like about tennis is that you are capping ONE person and their athletic abilities and smarts on the court. You can look at that ONE person's track record on the year. You can see Head-to-Head stats vs his opponent he is playing against on the match that you are researching.
Baseball's lines are HEAVILY valued on PITCHERS. And we all know that it's not 1 pitcher vs 1 pitcher. Then you throw in batting lineups where 1 batter only matters 11% of the time.
If I had to say some things to a newbie tennis bettor it's this:
RESEARCH yourself BOTH players. And if you do scour the forums for picks, look for people who ALSO do in-depth research and will take the time to hit you with some insight as to WHY they like the pick.
If you find somebody on a forum ASKING MORE QUESTIONS than GIVING INSIGHT & STATS, just ignore them. They don't know anything. They just come to TAKE picks and don't do much research themselves. Lazy people ask questions.
ME PERSONALLY, I try to stay away from "coin-flip" matches of two good players where you practically GUESS which one is going to win. I don't like guessing heads or tails, or red or black. I more or less try to pick plays that show substantial evidence that the player is THAT much better.

Don't make picks based on NAMES, but instead make them based on stats and playing activity on the year.
Don't make picks just so you have something to watch, make picks because they are good.
Don't bet with your heart (or other things, some of the WTA players are fricken hot), it has NOTHING to do with the players playing each other.
Don't make picks just because a player is favored with the negative money line.
IMO, don't make picks because somebody says their is "VALUE" in a dog. They are technically saying it's a flip of the coin and they have NO idea who is going to win.
It's only a McValue Meal if you get to eat it.
