Line is at -240. I know Monfils has a 3-0 h2h vs him though none on this surface which one would think would favor Monfils. Let me tell you why I really like Cilic....
Monfils played an intense and long 3-set battle yesterday vs a scrub, he even got slightly banged up in the beginning of it, I backed Monfils yesterday but honestly to ask him to turn around so fast and play Cilic who had yesterday off is a really really tall order. I honestly wouldn't be surprised by a Monfils retirement in this match though hopefully it comes after 1 set. If he decides to gut it out I just don't see him beating an in form Cilic and will gladly lay the -240 wood. I may just parlay with a few other favorites I like (sock del potro) Any1 hoping for the over in this match all I have to say is GL. Will likely sprinkle in some Cilic -1.5 sets at +110 but that would mean a push to all retirements after 1st set so I think I'd rather the safer -240. Thoughts welcomed and GL too all
