is it void, or win or lose?

I use Heritage sportsbook.  They still count the wager long as first set in completed.  Best book for tennis if you get tired of getting bets voided with retirements.  I had Kkhachanov would of been crappy getting that voided when he was in control whole match.

Khachanov ml should still count but korda would be voided.

Important to consider what book you bet on depending on whether you want ML bets to be void or for the bettors on the player advancing to get paid. Strategically if you think one of the reasons you’re betting guy x is because guy y has played a lot of tennis and might retire, make sure to use the right book. As far as I know:

BET MGM/FD both grade moneyline bets as wins and losses so long as one set is completed.
bet365/DraftKings: void money line bets regardless of when in the match a player retires
