It depends on your type of bet, and the book you used.

Generally, all bets are returned as no action, unless a determination has already been made.

So all Set 1 bets are graded, anything after that is generally no action.

A lot of US online books are counting one full set as action on ML bets.

I can understand the frustration of the leg on Nadal being cancelled. Looking at the match, I see that the match ended due to retirement prior to the end of the second set. Somce the statory number of sets was 3 and the the match ended before the end of the second set, the leg was correctly cancelled and the odds for the bet were adjusted to only include the legs that had action.
