Im big fan of Novak but rules are rules. Anyone who once hit a referee or ballboy intentionally or unintentionally was disqualified. In case they did not disqualify him, it would mean that the rules do not apply to everyone the same.He just was unlucky..

I watched what led up to it. He had 3 break points the Game before he got broken himself. Squandered them all and obviously lost the Game. He whacked a ball hard at the side after losing that game. The stadium was empty so that sounded resonated even on TV. Anyone watching can attest.

I think he was also pissed because he got injured and had to see the trainer after going down 0-30 on his service game.

Just a terrible day for him.

Djokovic earlier in the year said he's against vaccines, what smart person wouldn't be. The point is that angered some very powerful 'people' These are sociopathic people who control the world. These are the sick psychos who start wars. These are the 'all seeing eyers'.  As a classy act, these controllers can't falsly accuse someone like djokovic of smuggling drugs, or engaging in prosititution. So they got their opportunity and took it.

Djokovic took out some mild frustration and hit a linesperson by accident, big deal. That shit was obviously an accident. I've seen 100x worse on the courts. We aren't allowed mistakes in this usa corporation i guess.

Thats what happens when you go against the narrative of these 'people'. Free speech, i don't think so. Sorry Novak.

This is the problem.  Sure, it was an "accident" but u clearly did not watch the match.  THESE ARE THE RULES!!!!  Sounds like you don't know the game and rules of tennis very well.  Nobody wants to hear BS political talk either.

You can believe those are ''rules'' if you want. Do these umpires, or whoever makes the decision, not recognize that this was not novak 'striking the ball at a linesperson'?  He bopped the ball pretty gently if u actually watched the incident. The lineslady had time to get out of the way if was paying attention. Can they not recognize this was no malice intent action? U really believe that?

I've seen wta tennis players strike the ball kids in the same exact manner that dkojovic did during a match. Tell me why weren't they disqualified?? I'd like to hear an explanation. Plus, hasn't serena williams on various occasions verbally threatened the umpires where she was allowed to continue? Hmm, i wonder which is worse.

And don't give me any horsehit about this being political talk. I can't stand politics. If ur living in a fantasy world were these controllers are just someones imagination, then i envy u. Unfortunately i live in the real world and know the reality.

Covers is fully of pepsi guzzling, flu shotting sheep, so u just can't win here.  I'm sticking up for Novak here. I feel real bad for the guy. TO be disqualified from a fukin grand slam tournament for that is insane.

the only positive about the Djok getting the boot is that i have Medvedev and Thiem futures... so i can't lie, this makes the path a whole lot easier

    still sucks for him..

I guess the lesson for ND is that freedom of speech in the USA doesn't exist. He learned that the hard way

All the this stuff needs to be evaluated. Rules are rules I agree and Novak has to accept the disqualification!

That being said, other stutff such as loud out cursing and braking raquats needs to be disqualification!

Cursing out loud is almost just as bad as what Novak did .
