Phenom vs Peterson....   Its not as if Peterson has a whole bunch of experience at this level....  I see her as Mediocre at best in this situation to cover a whopping 3.5 games...   I'll gladly take the Serbian to cover the 3.5 games here...   This is an equal match in my eyes...  Books are being generous here imo.....

Play 2:  Peng -1 @-117,     0.4% BR invested.

Experience vs the talented youth.  The little girl is not ready for this stage yet vs the veteran.  The only thing that concerns me would be for Peng to get blown out on one of the first teo sets, thus setting up a danger to the spread being covered....   But the line is very favorable, and I don't see Peng being outwitted by the youngster here...

Play 3:  Ruusuvouri(ITF) +4 @-104,     0.4% BR invested.

This super talented kid will come out with guns blazing vs Thiem who really doesn't want to be here....   This will be an exciting match, but too bad I'll be sleeping...  This kid has made me alot of money in Challenger events prior.  I'll take the +4 games cushion, even vs Thiem.

Play 4:  Eriksson(ITF) -1.5 @-111,     0.4 BR invested.

A total mismatch here at some gifted line by the books imo...

I utilize a strict BR management my friend.

0.4% might not sound large to you, but it depends how you look at it...

0.4% of 100k = $400

0.4% of 10k= $40

0.4% of the average Square's BR 1k = $4

Either way, the percentage increase & the compound effect are the same, regardless of your BR amount.  I only go Large during ingames, with a few exceptions here & there for pregames which I have a huge "edge" on...  Don't go Large on pregames my friend.  A very important advice!   ;)

Tanis, are you confident on Hibino ML? My book doesn’t offer a game spread and I was curious on your thoughts on the ML?

I can't say on behalf of your bankroll, but this match is worth 1.5% of my BR my friend....   I normally wager around 0.33% to 0.5% for regular grind plays, 1-2% for mid level, and 5-7% for a match with a huge edge...

yeah tanis it seems like the start time is tentatively being pushed till 3 am eastern time.. but it is not set in stone! Apparently there is still light rain so earliest is 3 am but honestly given how its been all week I dont really know if they will start by then lol

the court is pretty wet atm.. if rain stops like it is at the current moment.. it should be ready by 3

Sai & Moe, I don't plan on taking either of those matches my friends....   Going to sleep now & don't want to stay up & cap those matches half-azz.....

I was just capping these matches the past 15 minutes but I don't really find any "edge" with either of those matches, which means the best route to take is avoid them, rather than force a pick......

But if you guys plan on taking them, my recommendation would be:

Martic +3 @-108

Peterson -2.5 @-111
