Serena is a clown

fakes an injury then completely mailed in the match when it was obvious she had no heart. Gutless coward.

Lol, she is one of the best there ever was if not the best.  There’s an end to everyone’s reign.  Even at her stage in life she is one of the best.  Even Michael Jordan came to an end.  That said, GO AZA!

Interesting perspective.

She won her first slam at age 17 and has been full on beast mode winning titles the better part of the past 20 years. There may be 1-2 others in the conversation, but very few females spanned the same career length and none with comparable success/hardware.

That said, she is hands-down one of the worst losers in the game as an elite player and such an ambassador for the sport - most especially in the past 5 years. And yes, this includes bogus medical timeouts, etc.

I believe she was giving everything she had when she came back from the injury... but remembered that she now wears a perma-backpack as her figure, and once she gets momentum in one direction - its amazing somehow she stays on the court. Aza just started to play opposite Serena's momentum and her whale-like agility made it impossible for her to stay relevant in points.

No way she through the match though, and yes, the medical timeout was questionable - but nothing new for her (or the sport as a whole).

Were she in dominant shape the past 5 years, she could have easily snatched another 3-4 titles.

A part of me was expecting her to really pull a sore loser and withdraw due to injury late in the 3rd set, so I'm glad to see her play it out.

Props to Aza for shaking off a 6-1 first set and dialing her game up a notch to snare set #2 and #3.

Couldn't of said it better, exactly how I felt about this match. Azaranka definitely earned it, but the Serena antics were so obvious.

These clowns are invading the tennis forums now, don’t give them any attention. You and zero should get together and dial up some plays for tomorrow. 

Aza was forced to hand Serena first set. (Joker starting own tour because of this bullsh1t that goes on within tennis). Serena took her drugs right before match started (bathroom break right before match started - most likely some form of Addy mix).  

Aza overcame fake line calls, forced 1st set gifted to Serena. Serena drugged up, Serena fake med timeout right at deuce point. This is not suppose to be even allowed (change overs, etc). Announcers could not even get their lies straight and were coming up with some bullsh1t about the wrong ankle. 

Mary Joe could barely even talk to Aza in post game interview, They all knew what was going on here and Aza still owned her. Fqcking disgrace.

Aza fqcking owned Serena.  Serena and Venus both great but have been on the juice and many different drug cocktails over the years (many top players have though but not many like Serena when it comes to the juice. Serena has gotten joke draws for years, players laying down for her, etc.

I am relaxed. Just sick of the fakeness in Tennis and most sports for that matter. Wish the players got to decide the outcome instead of the league agenda.
