Sloan didnt need to win match! She was only there to secure her spot in wta finals. But once she found out Svitolina wasnt playing, she was gauranteed a finals spot! Pliskova only needed the 55 points to jump in front of Svitolina to secure her spot! She was 10 points behind! Now Kiki Bertens needs to get to semis to jump Svitolina for last wta finals spot!
