A top player like Z wont ever retire in a QF of a slam unless his arm or leg falls off...Zvere is hoping for a miracle injury for Thiem to roll an ankle or something random to happen...matches are never over until they shake hands...if Z loses the 3rd set 60 so be it...classic example of a guy being exhauted playing 3 five setters in a row...thats slam tennis...his own fault not taking care of business more routinely vs guys he should have beat alot easier.

5 set fitness...Cecchi doesnt posses the mental aspect required to beat Djoker now that the match has clearly turned around with that 3rd set.
