Okay, so when Djoker wins 62 62 64, will you come back with another alternative facts theory?

Books were offering Karatsev to win the 8th Game of the 4th Set at +155. I couldn’t believe it and passed on it because I thought it too good to be true.

Nope sorry, youre wrong buddy...as a tennis player, a back injury is the absolute worst type of ingame flare up to have...there is absolutely nothing a trainer can do oncourt to prevent a back from locking or seizing up.
People forget atheletes in single team sports are not robots or a character on a video game.
Karastev was just lucky to be the recipient of an injured opponent...these type of happenings occur practically every week in tennis, its just not as publicly viewed when its not a QF in a major.
And, with covid rules in place, these players are not getting the physio on their off days like they normally do, along with all the other pampering and treatment and recovery they always get.
I give Dimitrov credit for not quitting...he kept going because theres always a chance his opponent rolls an ankle or twists a knee and he's the guy who has to retire...ive seen that type of scenario happen more than youd think in a major.
Credit to Karatsev also for not showing up Dimitrov on match point and not celebrating like a lottery ticket winner pre-handshake...i gained a lot of respect from both players respecting the game in their own ways.

also, big credit to Grigor for getting everyone paid. he could have and should have retired after that 3rd set but chose to cash everyones tickets who were on the right side. much respect for him. my book was even offering live "fair" odds during that 4th set allowing me to hammer Karatsev every which way. props Grigor.
