5dimes graded this as a loss in my parlay.  Can I fight this?  I don&#x27;t even see where they post the rules?

i also use 5dimes.  i must say worst book for tennis.  the rules states that the bet counts once the match starts, regardless if it hits 1 set or not

here is their rules:Wagers have action once a ball is served, regardless of the date the match/event is started or completed.  Matches delayed by rain, darkness, or other circumstances will not be voided.  These matches will remain pending until their completion.A "Walk Over Winner" (player concedes before a match) and matches which do not complete the first set are graded no action.  Any match concluding after the first set is completed will be graded with the advancing player as the winner.First set proposition wagering has action if the first set is completed.  Other props involving the match are no action if a participant resigns/concedes during a match.  The moneyline on the match itself is the only wagering option that is not considered a prop.

5Dimes is a great book, dude. Look at all their wagering options. You cant have everything. Hell, some books grade ACTION after the 1st ball served, at least they give you a set.

You can parlay 25 tennis matches if you wanted. You wanna go somewhere else where you can only do 5? Not to mention you can parlay tennis with boxing, soccer, golf, hoops, football, baseball, hockey, etc. Where else can you do that? Nowhere. So another book voids a retirement at any point but dont have nearly as many betting options? Which would you prefer? Like i said, cant have it all.

Yes.  If you Google "tennis bets rules" you will see that 2 sets is what counts at most, if not all other books.

For the record, I also had Wickmayer.  Certainly not about to leave the only book I&#x27;ve ever won big $ at.  I wouldnt have been able to win that $ at another book with the way I bet.

u gotta remember this one set retirement rule is sometimes good for u too!

Imagine a book that has 2 sets, and the other guy retires after one set, u WONT WIN..

this can work either way.. u lost cuz u had wickmayer, but if u didnt have her, ud be smiling to the bank now

5dimes are thieves for the box retirement rule

I have lost thousands of dollars due to retirements

it is always the last leg of the parlay who retires too

I talked to the manager when I first started betting on tennis

say you have $2500 on a 15 player parlay to win $15000

and the only loss you will lose is due to a RETIREMENT!

5dimes is pathetic for the box 1 set action, or retirement!

You take your chances that someone will get hurt in a 1-on-1 sport. Just like boxing, what if a guy gets a nasty cut in the 7th round and cant continue and loses a technical decision...should that be voided? Of course not. And do you know how times that happens? Tons, it's part of the sport, injuries happen and sometimes you're on the wrong end.

I think what people don&#x27;t like is when books don&#x27;t follow standard Vegas rules.
