Following the same logic as my other thread. All feedback and extra insights very welcome!
TAP-IN
* GOERGES vs Puig. Another comeback girl, but stumpled upon a firey opponent
* JABEUR vs Golubic - Jabeur pretty confident on grass, although the sense of occasion may floor her
* STRYCOVA - Kuznetsova - both tricky, but Strycova a dog with more grit and better legs
* MARTIC vs Makarova - game built for grass, time to let it shine this year too
* BOULTER vs Cepede-Royg - great week for her and she will want to carry the momentum of taking a set off Flipkens to her R1. Home support!
* LIU vs Konjuh - enjoy that check, then get better and start a comeback at a lower level. Liu
* PUTINTSEVA vs Linette - a pair of grassophobes
* RISKE vs Baczinsky - again, enjoy that check and the one from US Open, but then it's really high time to retire
* VICKERY - Vondrousova - another talen wasted by injuries
WORTH THE RISK
* SWAN vs Begu - one of the few wildcards who is not completely useless on grass or tennis in general
* STEFKOVA vs Bertens - latter's season pretty much ended after French Open
* LARSSON vs Williams V - I will force Venus into retirement by fading her every time she plays. She looked THAT bad at the Frenchies. (yes I know clay's her worst surface, but she's more of an auntie Venus rather than champion Venus these days)
* RUSE vs Radwanska. Hopefully "Aga" gets too cocky from her Eastbourne form.
* CIRSTEA vs Rybarikova - because retirement 3 days ago
* MARIA vs Svitolina - not the kind to lose R1 but damn has Svitolina drawn a short straw for her opener
* VEKIC vs Stephens - could lack confidence, but if Wawrinka has already lost by the time this match takes place she might feel the good pressure to be the breadwinner haha
* BLINKOVA vs Wang. They should just give cash to most of the Chinese girls to stay away from Wimbledon.
* ALLERTOVA vs Kontaveit - all slumps must end at some point but second half of 2017 shows that Kontaveit likes to extend them for ridiculously long periods
* SORRIBES-TORMO vs Kanepi - the success story of the qualies. Kanepi is always a great fade.
* HERCOG vs van Uytvanck - slow to build form again, should peaks just in time to beat vU who is on her way down
* WATSON to take a set off Flipkens.
