What is the biggest tell that someone is an action junkie? What can tell you if someone actually has a method and is just not throwing darts?
The fact that CG picks 1-4 plays every day.
That in a nutshell is the problem. Every day there are picks. Why? If there was some way to determine real strength of "picks", there might be 5 today and none tomorrow. There might be a week where you only pick 5 games.
But you bet games every day, and limit plays every day to 4 at the most (most days 3). I have said it before way back in this thread - and it bears repeating - losers bet for days. People who bet for action bet for days. There is no way around this.
When you have to wake up and decide on 1-3 plays for that day, there is no way to maximize your overall profitability. This is all without a staking plan - which only compounds the problem. When you add no real staking method - and introduce totally random bet sizes - todays 3 plays that are 1k each might not even qualify tomorrow when you are betting 3 games that are 500 each.
Sorry, but CGs betting is more lemonade stand than empire. At least the kids selling lemonade probably understand their costs and set the price accordingly. CG sells lemonade for varying prices based on his mood and only 1-3 cups per day and then wonders why the kids next to him are outselling him when his lemonade tastes better.
Perfectly stated.

It sure is and unfortunately, it disproves his OWN argument about me risking the rest of my roll (ya know, the whole point of his posting), on that game.
It wasn't about chase plays. It was about my roll.
And by the way. I've followed the Lakers for the majority of my life and a bit more about them and how they will respond than CG knows, the Kings/KState/Spurs etc. etc. etc.

So now my comments after your now disproven initial argument take precedence. Let's just ignore the very thing you accused me of is false.
I don't even bet second halves and have never posted one. So much for your fairy tales to defame me"
I have already admitted in this thread you were right about me betting ONE second half in my entire history of covers.
I did cap that game. Just didn't write it up. How much time do you think I have to write-up a novella about a second half play???
And as expected, it hit. The Lakers are one of the teams I focus on.
Anything else from you or your new lackey that popped up?

In effect, this is his life savings.
What else does he had that has liquidity. When he runs out of this money, he has no more and will get a job.
That effectively serves as your life savings.

Agree. I called it in post #20 of this forum 2 months ago. Absolutely no money management or discipline-which was obvious in his comments in this forum prior to moving to Vegas. If he would simply bet a fixed % of his total bankroll on each & every bet-hitting 55% would make him good money-LONG TERM. He doesn't realize it's a marathon-not a sprint. He's not treating it as business-he's an action junkie & now he's chasing. His current scenario was predictable 2 months ago.

I don't care if ya believe me but I am actually rooting for ya here.
If you go 1-3 today I see it as the beginning of the end.
Actually pulling for ya.
All the fun and games aside, this is serious.
I really don't think you can survive a loss like this over the long term.
